"I chose the name Near Horizon Group because, in reflecting on the current moment, I felt that the next horizon in energy is very near indeed. This makes me tremendously optimistic about the opportunities now available to companies and investors, and I am excited to help my clients seize them."

Broad experience,
deep expertise

We believe that collaboration is central to meeting urgent climate goals, and that business can be a catalyst for positive change. The complexity of the current moment demands creativity, optimism, and novel thinking. Our diverse professional history, ability to foster new connections and relationships, and real-world experience allow us to deliver that to clients.
A few things we're currently working on include advising a large investor on how they might invest in the data center space; navigating the complex commercial finance and regulatory landscape for advanced nuclear energy; helping a utility meet the massive demands of load growth as cleanly as possible; and conceptualizing non-traditional financing and commercial models for advanced energy technology.
